This and That

There is no news from the farm. I am here at Jessica's and Dad is with Uncle Hugo, Uncle Joe and Mark somewhere in the Windrivers. These men have astounded us. I was sure they would return early from this little trip but so far it seems they have weathersed the elements and hung in there. I hope they have caught monster fish.

Jessica's leg continues to improve. Baby Sage on the other hand is going to have to be pretty precious(is there any doubt) to receive forgiveness for the pain she in inflicting on her mother. The doctor recgonizing Jessica's misery along with a little whining on my part in her behalf has set an induction date for Monday the 22nd. Hopefully to aid in the forgiveness process baby will come before set date and bring some relief.

The college kids (all five of them) seem to be doing great.

Of course the BIG news is David and Sherrie are expecting a new baby in April. That will be # 11 for Grandma and Grandpa. This is good news.

Before Dad left the farm he canned his first pickled beets. I though he should post them but he didn't have time. Now he is now an official canner. He plans on doing tomatoes when he gets home. He also freezes berries and if he gets really brave will do plum nectar. He is amazing.

Tomorrow I get to go on a date with David Nelson to see High School Musical, the play. We will have a great time.
