The Week-end

I still haven't figured out how to move things where I want in this blog so just figure out what words go with what pictures.

Lots of good things happened this week-end. I spent the week-end at Mel's. She got her new mattress, oohh is it nice so we put my air mattress in the corner and had a slumber party. Clara and Nathan thought it was a great place to hide.

Mel got to hold baby Sage. All Sage's tubes have been pulled. She is eating well and yesterday the big news is she was off oxygen and breathing entirely on her own. Its hard not to get your hopes up that she might be home this week. Jessica gets her blues sparkle cast off today and goes into the walking boot altho she still is off the foot for at least another week. They will xray next week and determine how soon she will be able to go onto crutches.

Katie is a nut. She wore her ribbon skirt all day yesterday and then needed to wear her duck towel until bedtime.

Grandma got to have some sweet snuggles with Clara, and there is our boy Nathan ready for a face wash. We had dinner at Mel's with Uncle David, Aunt Sherrie and the kids. Aunt Mel is wonderful.

You look happy grandma! Isn't it fun. I am so glad to hear that Sage is doing better. How very scary for all of you. Please give my love to Jessica and Brian. I think of them often.

Love Diane

I love you guys! I need to get Melani's number so we can hang out. We should plan a zoo outing, that would be fun. I'm glad everyone is doing well.

I find it easiest to upload the pictures and then type around each one. I can't get pictures to go where I want them too either. I am so glad Sage is doing well!
