5K

July 24th Tuesday we are having the first annual Shingle Mill, Pioneer 5K run, walk, ride self propelled whatever.  The group picture is at 6:45 a.m. the run starts promptly at 7 a.m.  There is no official shirt but if you have anything red, white or blue that would be a good choice or you can wear pioneer attire.  Bring some fruit to share at the end of the race if you would like.  In preparation this morning I ran my first 5K ever!!!!!  5.15. K, it took me 49:09 minutes.  Slow but sure.
