Photos

Here are a few photos. You'll have to figure out which photo goes with each explanation.
1. Photo of the Silk Market. World's biggest "garage sale" for new clothes, jewelry, you name it. The young ladies dressed in the red vests are the salesgirls who are incredible aggressive. They should be selling insurance in the US.
2. Photo of the Jeanne and I are the train station in Beijing. Some of the Architecture here "blows my socks off". They did some great stuff for the Beijing Olympics.
3. Photo of the contrast you see in China. Brand new cars and buildings everywhere and right in the middle of it you see the "Old China". You see these guys on ancient bikes all over collecting cardboard and stuff.
4. My Freshman English students having a "chop sticks" competition. It was a "Teach the Teacher" how to use chop sticks. They got such a kick out of me fumbling with my chop sticks.

Thank you for the amazing glimpses of China. I love reading your updates, and seeing the photos . . . and I can hardly wait until Vern and I can sign up for this kind of thing. Probably only 20 years . . . lol

Keep the updates coming, and have a wonderful time!
