Home

Well, Dad and I made it home last Friday. Dad is a great housekeeper and I found things in good order. We saw Mel's show last Thursday, it was fabulous, ate lunch with Stephen and Rosie and dinner with David and Sherrie. Joe and Lilian gave us a bed and were able to have a good visit before they leave for the other side of the world. Lisa was visiting their home also and it was wonderful to see her. She and her family look so well.

Jessica introduced me to Walk Away the Pounds exercise videos. I think they are a great way to get a good workout inside the house especially when all we have seen is rain since I got home. Anyway, even though they are a great workout I still get bored. Melani solved the other side of the equation. She checks out an audio book from the library, turns the sound off on the exercise video and listens to a great book. I love it. I workout a lot longer this way.

The cats are amazingly big. Dad certainly hasn't skimped on their kitty food. Max is massive and very muscular. They prefer the outside which I am sure dad appreciates, although they came in last night for a few minutes and ate leftover pancakes. Meow!!!.

MEL IS BRILLIANT!

Mel is brilliant, because I'm going to do those walking videos while after Babes is born. It will be too cold to take him out for a few months and frankly, I have got to get working on this very large bottom of mine. I was afraid I would be bored just walking in front of the TV. Good call Melani!

You guys crack me up. The only thing that motivates me on those videos is the music. I don't think listening to a book could get me going.
I am glad that everyone is doing well. Life is crazy here in CA. My dad said you were talking about prop 8 in your sunday school class. Oh the stories I can tell. These are the last days, esp here in CA. Good thing we live in a very conservative town.
