Canning

23 Quarts of grape juice (the Lopers probably picked another four bushels to juice at their house)
9 Quarts crabapple juice (I think I will use it for jelly)
15 Quarts of applesauce with three more baskets to process
10 pints of tomatoes
30 three cup bags of blackberries
40 rolls of plum leather

We feel very blessed.  Dad is reading the pruning book and is going after the grapes and the old apple tree.   He has done amazing work preparing the garden for next spring.  I plant garlic this week.
