Stuff

• Three minutes off my run time this morning running.  I ate a handful of blueberries before starting.
• I painted the frig in the annex, it looks a ton better.   I also painted the lights in my bathroom.  Next time I will look more carefully at the color instead of trusting the man who helped me, but they still look a lot better.
• Dad is almost done with the book nook in the basement.  
• The weather is magnificant.
• Had my first Family History home evening with a family in the ward, it went well.  I only need to make a few modifications.  Now I am preparing a home evening for families with young children.  The families are challenged to do four activities that take about fifteen minutes a piece over a month.  I do a follow-up call every Sunday night.
• The kitties are wicked.  Angus intiated a lap expereince with Dad.  
• We had a great rain storm this week that watered all Mel's transplants really well.
