This is the latest design proposal for the Jackson Hole Airport mural project. This piece is 4' high by 24' wide. It's going to be a challenge (and a blast) to paint. I'm trying to figure out how and where to stretch the paper...and then how to lay it out...and then...how in the world to paint MOOSE. Anyway, if you have any suggestions or critics - I'm open to hear them. Dad

What a fun and LARGE mural. That will be a great first or last impression of Jackson Hole as travelers make their way through the airport. Sounds like you need to do some "moose research," otherwise known as camping/hiking/fishing. I always read through Sis. Boren's updates on the fam and from the looks of things, life is good in Idaho. I would stick with what you know, none of this animal stuff. I think that you could do more on the boots and chaps, and that's where you would get your animals. I think it's important for the commity to understand that if they want a quality product they need to let you do what you do best. But I like the idea.
p.s. what happened to the idea of having someone standing, I think it would be cool in the midst of all those sitters, it would creat some good levels.
